Suddenly the pain stopped and he could breath normally again. He glanced down at his reflection in the water and was amazed. His skin had turned jet black as the night and his breath sounded different. He suddenly got the urge to put his head underwater. To his amazement, he could breath underwater just as well as above! "Strange," he thought. That sound must have transformed me! Then he slowly swam (he could do this much better now) toward shore. Once he reached shore, he felt different. Almost stronger. To test this theory, he walked up to the nearest palm tree and pulled on it's trunk. To his utter amazement it bent as he pulled, finally snapping with a loud crack. I wonder what I can do with this amazing strength, he thought. Then he dove back into the water and......
